Mr. Soleymanzadeh, received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University's Frank G. Zarb School of Business in May, 1997. He received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Hofstra University's School of Law in May, 2000 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in March, 2001. He is also admitted in Federal Court for both the Eastern and Southern District of New York as well as the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Soleymanzadeh is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association and Queens County Bar Association. Prior to development of his own firm, Richard J. Soleymanzadeh was an associate of various firms specializing in real estate, litigation, bankruptcy, personal injury and malpractice. Mr. Soleymanzadeh also interned/clerked for: the Honorable Federal Judge Jacob Mishler, United States District Court, E.D.N.Y., Uniondale, N.Y.; the Uniondale law firm of Rivkin, Radler and Kremer; the Honorable Senator Alfonse D'Amato, Senate Banking and Finance Committee, Washington, D.C. and the City of Long Beach Corporation Counsel.
